Often referred to as the gentleman . Chen began training in Martial arts from age 9 in Monkey Style Kung Fu. Moving on to other styles.
The former Champion fighter and Firefighter later got picked by Shaw Brothers to headline in some of Shaw's defining films.
From the pictured Boxer from Shantung to Heroes Two, Executioners from Shaolin, and the Tea House.
He was One of the first stars of Shaw Brothers that was actually a real martial artist before coming into film.
His legacy will live on through his wonderful performances.
Chen Kuan Tai passed away on 2nd September from a cerebral Haemorrhage.
